It has been one year this month since I started the chronicles of my mending. My daily notes of vintage treasures and the pictures of my hand picked finds. To thank you all for joining me and leaving such sweet comments I will be giving away some of my favorite things once a week for the month of November.
My favorite thing this week is just a sweet reminder of each day...my favorite paper company!
This darling little company makes the cutest vintage style papers and such. I am such a fan. My little desk calendar is always a yearly order. Their blog is on my daily roll. You will find so many great ideas from gift wrapping, note cards, scrap booking even digital papers.
I have compiled a set of some favorite papers and packs for you to enjoy.
I have spent hours covering boxes with these papers and making tags with even more.
Thank you all again for joining me each post. I cannot tell you how much your kind words and support have helped make this such a wonderful year.
Simply leave a quick comment and I will have my Miss Claire draw a name for this Friday's post.
You have until Friday November 4th at noon to enter.
Congratulations on your blog's one year anniversary! I wouldn't have guessed you were new at it, with such a lovely blog!
ReplyDeleteOf course, I'd love to win this week's prize - have never heard of that company before, but it all looks good. Going to check out their site now!

ReplyDeleteReading your blog is one of the highlights of my day at work. I take a break from law and enter your world. I love seeing what you find at sales and many times am a little green with envy! And have been digging out all the aprons, material and needlework that I have accumulated the past 20 years so that I can possibly recreate some of your apron creations.
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking the time to take pics and write your blog. I so appreciate it!
Happy anni to My Vintage Mending! I love to visit your blog and I would LOVE to win this give away! Thanks for the chance to win! I'll check out the link you gave us, too. ♥
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Miss Renee,
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on one year of blogging!! I so love my visits here each day! wow, such a sweet give away!! I can't wait to see the aprons when you make them. I am looking forward to the sewing machine for Christmas. My hubby looked at me funny when I told him that was on my wishlist this year!! He said are you sure you won't get mad when you open it?? He learned early that appliances are not appreciated as Christmas presents!!
Hugs,
Lynn
Hi there! I'm a relatively new fan of yours. I followed the link from Elizabeth's Creative Breathing blog, and I check in every day to see what you're up to. My girls (I have 4 daughters) and I love your vintage aprons. They're gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteIf it weren't for the internet I'd be very lonely with my vintage mania; there is such a rich society of talented, lovely and warm like-minded women out there (maybe a few guys, too, but I haven't come across any yet).
Thank you for your posts. They're witty and intelligent, and I love them.
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!! Count me in. I LOVE your blog.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!! I am so glad that you decided to start your blog. I have enjoyed seeing your find and projects!
ReplyDeleteThe papers look like fun!
Stay warm this next couple of days. The cold front is hitting me now but I am not freezing yet. They say we may see a few flurries. Wasn't it just yesterday that we were all melting? Actually I was yesterday. It was so warm in the house yesterday that I was tempted to kick the air on but didn't.

A year already and we all love you blog so you have a talent for this that's for darn sure.
ReplyDeleteWell I adore all those items as I have used many times those sweet little circles with the cute kids on them. In fact I think I found out about them from you and bought from them a couple times. These are going to be great give away items. Nan

ReplyDeleteYea! Me Too!
ReplyDeleteLove all of your cuteness. Sorry you are having to deal with contractors in your life. We like to hire out for such jobs too. Leaves more time for doing the things we LOVE to do! Hang in there & keep posting wonderful things.

I'm catching up on a week's worth of blog reading - STUNNED to learn you have been blogging only a year! I must have thought you had been doing this much longer because your blog is so lovely. Other observations: your Christmas tags and crafts are wonderful, and have you ever had a contractor that didn't smoke? Because I haven't. I don't think any profession has as many horror stories, and I'm including IRS agents and used car dealers in that group.
