The whirlwind of Christmas still continues at our home. Here is a brief look at the past couple of days. We have enjoyed lots of family time. Maybe too much? No...
Annual Christmas pajama photo. Our oldest is photo challenged and/or he enjoys causing havoc for mom.
Mom and dad completely exhausted along with the only dog that would sit patiently.
Advent calendar complete...this year we went with the Star Wars Lego calendar.
Santa visited in the middle of the night...really this is such an exhausting job I told the kids they could help put the gifts out next year since the secret is out.
Stockings full and ready to be rifled through.
Jerod was all excitement with these ridiculous headphones picked out by dad.
Claire (with Murphy's help) got a well appointed helmet for her new bike.
Clothes for our oldest Mac. Who apparently needs them as he can never get warm.
Murphy just knows there is something in there for him.
Reagan didn't wait...
Patience for our dear Lincoln.
But it was Phog who snuck off with his sweet new Pooh Bear.
The party continues as Jerod turns 13 tomorrow!

So cute, all of you, human and canine. (It is exhausting, isn't it? Hope you're getting a little R&R this week!)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a great time including the dogs. I'm already taking some things down. Ingrid and Dallas leave on the ferry tonight going through some very rough seas to Kodiak.
ReplyDeleteI love your traditional pj pictures. Glad to know we aren't the only one who poses in our pjs. Your kiddos are so darn cute...the furry ones too. Your stockings are just filled to the brim! Enjoy this lovely week away from demanding school schedules and alarm clocks. I've been busy organizing my new jelly cupboard! Thank you again for my special wallpaper.
ReplyDeletelooks like a wonderful time was had by all, renee. it is exausting though, isn't it? your family is darling, loved all the pics. my older girls are reluctant posers, too. they love nothing more than striking a silly pose, when i'm trying to snap a pic.
ReplyDeleteenjoy the peace & quiet.

ReplyDeleteI love the photo with your puppy and his pooh bear!
What beautiful Christmas pictures! I remember and treasure those Christmases with "littles" and all the excitement. This was our first Christmas with just the two of us and quite a different experience. It was lovely too, in it's way. Life is an ever-changing experience and it was fun to hear about their new traditions they are beginning. Dog food on the front lawn for the raindeer - seriously - LOL!
ReplyDeleteSweet pics, Renee!
ReplyDeleteThis is the first christmas that I was NOT exhausted afterward. I know this sounds selfish but I think it's because I quit worrying about making Christmas perfect for everyone else and really enjoyed it myself! God and my husband helped me in this.
I'm looking forward to 2012! ♥
so nice to see all your kids- I don't think I've seen pictures of them all!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby would be jealous of your dogs- he loves bulldogs!
HAHAHAHA! That dog is so funny! HEHEHEHEEEHEEE!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you all had a great time!
