she believed...


Another pattern accomplished.  Another new technique tested and tried.  This one a bit more successful perhaps.  


Applique pattern by the lovely artist Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet.


It didn't hurt that the sentiment behind this pattern kept me churning away.


Each swoop I embraced...at least it was complete.


Love this bright combination of trim, stitching and fabric.


Once it was ironed I mounted it on a canvas frame and placed it in a prime position for daily inspiration.


She believed she could...SEW she did.

Lori Holt is one of my favorite people in the world, the quilt my cousins made for me is her fabric and design.....I thought of you so often in the Antique store, I saw many things that you would would love!!!!!
