Hommer

One Easter we did marbleized Easter eggs. I remember they had some sort of special dipping involved. More than one time in the cups I think. My mother was not impressed, having twice the mess.  We however were thrilled with the artistic effect that resulted on the eggs.

Hommer Sewing Kits

Ingenuity and beauty in small packages.

Lazy Susans aren't just for the kitchen.

Thread spools that feed like candy machines.

Kittens playing with yarn.

Beaded base and marbled to perfection.

This one was found in near mint condition.

I haven't the heart to fill it yet.  It is so beautiful on its own.

  23. I don't think I have ever seen sewing kits such as these. I may need to start me a new collection. It would be hard for me to fill them, too, unless of course, I had lots of vintage sewing things to display.
