School days...

The first day of school. Early mornings. Quiet afternoons. Busy evenings. This first week can be exhausting, exciting and...overrated.

Jotting down a few notes and happy to have a schedule again.

  10. Your notebook is so sweet...love the embroidery. When your kids are grown up and long gone, you kind of miss the start of the school year.

  11. I've been thinking about your back-to-school routines as I was busy training our new faculty at our University. The girls are a few weeks out and I'm still in denial that summer is leaving us. I hope you have a restful weekend. Such a sweet notebook, Renee.

  25. Oh, how I remember the calm after getting the boys off to school each year. I miss those days, but, have to admit that the peace and quiet are nice. Now, they are the parents with rambuncious children...My first grandchild headed to Kindergarten this past week.
I hope you have a great week, my sweet friend!
