Easter Parade


This is day three of a five day rain week. No, I am not complaining about wet grocery bags that made my car smell or cold soaked (new) sneakers. Nor am I complaining about my oldest holding his lightning rod golf club every day after school for practice. Honestly, this five inches is of luscious free water will bring about hours and hours of yard work. Picture me up to my ears in mud.


Inside may the Easter Parade begin.

Spring tree trimmed in pastels.


Topped in a bonnet.


With a favorite Beth's Bagz pincushion perched high for the show.


Uncle Wiggly is the Grand Marshall this year.

Now, I am going back to singing my favorite song....Don't Rain on My Parade.....

    Cute Easter tree and Easter spunhead parade! :-) Yes, plenty of mud around here too. Do you suppose people were all born in a barn? Because no one seems to remember to wipe their feet.

    What a fun parade!

    I am still so chilled and soggy from being out and about today with all the rain we have had at this side of the state. I am so done with the rain myself but we still have more coming. It was nice to see the sun come out right before it set.

    Yes the rain keeps on coming here in KC but I personally like rain and am grateful its not snow! Love all your Easter goodies, I have my Magpie Ethel spunheads all lined up for the holidays also! Have to do a post of them, so cute!

    Oh so pretty, I love the bunny on the chair. I am sure my girls would be over the moon to see such a beautiful display in our house. Maybe I need to get some bunnies.

    Renee,there's too much Easter goodness-I love it all. The pink doll high chair and the easter bonnet on top of the tree are my favorites, though I love all of your display!

    I love all your Easter things you have out. Here I get out a few but no one ever says a thing or even notices them...sigh...I don't have any crafty friends is the problem so that is why I have so many on line!

    So sweet! Love the little high chair! I don't do decorating for any holiday except Christmas- I would get too overwhelmed trying to keep up with all the vintage goodness of the other holidays! But I love looking at everyone else's holiday decor!
