Movements

There has been movement in my studio...I know most of you are not surprised. Things are never safe for long around me.  Although my shelves that were built a mere four months ago are still pretty much the same I thought you might enjoy a peek at some of the movements...

Vintage tin, pottery, Judy Garland and Cath Kidston...say no more!

Somehow there will be a few millimeters to put more on this, right?

My ode to Sandie of Steadman's Corner...because I cannot think outside the box...literally.

Viv's darling Valentine Kitty swings sweetly from the dolly dresser.

Misty (my Cupie from Magpie) is making eyes at little boy blue already.

Dear Darla (the sweet head vase) has made the rounds in this room.  From here she can view the sewing from a safe place perched on top the movie tins.  These colors are dreamy.

  1. I always enjoy a lovely tour of the studio. Feel free to take lots and lots of pictures. I'm completely smitten with your tin toy dishes. I miss my craft room (although I did throw my crutches down the stairs again this afternoon to retrieve a few supplies and glue sticks).

  2. If I lived closer I would sit in the middle of your studio and just sit on the floor and take it all in. Love, love it all. The army of squeaky toys is darling and I did not realize Misty was such the flirt! The mother goose signage is amazing. Dang.

  15. Boy, that new doll moved right in, didn't she? She looks beautiful, and so is the doll display ... and all the other displays. I love the doll dishes on the metal kitchen shelf (maybe because I have doll dishes and a similar kitchen shelf, but not together like yours?)

  17. Your studio is sooooo cute. I love the little tin dishes and the vintage books. You sure have a cute way to display everything. My problem is-too much stuff and not enough display area. Oh well. Love your studio and am going to go back and look at the original pictures.Have a good day!
