The best part of waking up!

Oh the smell of coffee in the morning!  One of the few things that someone else does for me.  My husband gets up before the crack of dawn and brews the coffee so that when I get up to get the kids to their schools  I can start my day bright eyed and bushy tailed.  It is a lovely way to start my days.
Thank you dear.
Once my coffee has fully kicked in, I am ready to dive into this great new pink box I got off Etsy.

Just look what's inside.  An entire stack of children's handkerchiefs.

The finest linen hand stitched.

A tiny set of Beatrix Potter stitched baby hankies.

My initial...a gem.

Floral children's hankies with brilliant color.

A very primitive Mother Goose handkerchief.

The stitching on these is so fine.  It appears to be done with one strand of floss.

Such a sweet little terrier.

Days of the week in little girls.

Just as sweet as can be stitching.  Only one of them had a pin hole.  There is minimal yellowing on only a few.  When I purchased the lot it did not detail the items so it was such a surprise to see all the goodies.  I am so glad that I took the chance and bought this.

I rather enjoyed my second cup of coffee while I browsed through the box again and again.

I just adore your handkerchiefs. It's exactly the same kind of thing I would have brought home for my craft room. I thought of you today when I posted my latest stash of goodies. It was a good day of thrifting.

Oh my gosh, a whole box full all in one pick and love the box as well. I cannot pass by those satin vanity boxes. You are the lucky girl!

This is quite a find you have here off Etsy. I actually didn't know they had stuff like that one there, aren't you lucky to have found all those sweet hankies.

I have a {clean} pizza box full of old hankies that belonged to my grandmother. They are so pretty. There are also several childrens hankies in there too. I made a quilt out of my favorite floral ones and I plan on giving it to my daughter when she gets married. {she is only 7, so I have a bit of a wait lol}.

Will you be making anything with these? Or just plan on keeping them like they are?
