Initial Swap Crafts

This weekend another brown box decorated my doorstep.
(There will be weeks with no packages and then they all come at once.)
Excitement in just seeing my name on the tag.
Then I recognized who it was from and immediately headed to the kitchen for the scissors.
This one was sure to be wonderful.

Let me just start by saying this is the cutest stamp I have seen in a while.
Maybe its because I am a sucker for sappy movies?
This was just the beginning.

The most scrumptious pink bow ever!!!
This is as great as having a pen pal.
Glittered pink "R" with a perfectly vintage flower and button.

Inside...I just about lost it over these note cards...how cute are these hand made cards with the sewn fabric pieces on felt.
There is even a pin tucked in.
And the envelopes...a vintage label and more stamps...including the old typewriter for the seal.

Before I could get over the note cards,
I found this fantastic journal.
The picture doesn't do it justice.
 There is so much detail.
Pins and glitter.
Vellum and pockets.
Fabric covered cover.
Satin ribbon pen holder.
Doily, key, tag, buttons....
I could go on and on.
This is a work of art.

There was even more.
I was beginning to feel ever so spoiled.
My partner tucked in the cutest add ins to journal with.
Just because.
Along with a gorgeous card with a sweet sentimental note of friendship.

These great treasures came courtesy of my
partner Amy of Paper Trails Leaver.
She is a very gifted paper artist
with a wonderful blog and an generous spirit.
She has spoiled me completely with these beautiful gifts.
Thank you so much Amy.

Big thank you to Sue of It's a Very Cherry World for hosting.
Click on the picture below to see all the other fantastic swaps.
Definitely one of my favorites.

Oh so happy it arrived! I swear what you sent me was a thousand times better! Today my daughter tried to steal it! You would not believe the amount of jealously she had because it was made for me with the initial A. I told her she could borrow it. :-). So happy you received your package! Enjoy!

Definately to die for! I am included in this swap. It's the first one I have done. Hope my swap pal likes my gift as much as you do yours. I won't know for a while because she is vacationing in FL. for 3 weeks.
