Inventory

My days are filled with inventory. Perhaps it will get easier for me. The second apron was a complete loss. I didn't like how the fabric hung at the skirt base so it has been chucked. Lesson learned.  I will no longer work with synthetic fabric unless I back it with interfacing.

This one...I love.

Gorgeous cotton feed sack blues.

Iron like the day they were spun and gracefully take the stitches of my machine.

A small hand towel billows over the straight skirt below it.

Pictures of the next one to come.
Inventory for a shop that will open later this summer.

Thank you for all the sweet comments about my fail. It was such humor for my family last evening.

I will take both of them please! ;) I am so looking forward to your shoppe to open! They are both absolutely beautiful Renee! I am with you there on the inventory. Yesterday was a day of frustration, and wanting to give up on some new things. But, it is always a learning experience of what not to do again. :) Wishing you creativity and inspiration! ;) xo Heather

Renee I am looking forward to your shop. I check every now and then to see if there is something inside. Love your apron. Do not let it frustrate you that is how I learn even though it is hard on the heart.

And your "divine fail" had me smiling--I've had those days, too!

If I remember you will be opening an Etsy apron shop then. I wonder if you will also put in there some of the garage sale items you want to part with or can just do without? This blue apron is so lovely as you really really have an eye for fabric choices!! Love your sweet bully boy below with his ball, that is so funny how he adores his soccer balls oh he's a sweetie!!

High-five on the new apron and BIGGER high-five that you cut your losses and tossed the one that didn't work out. I have a very hard time with doing that. I will keep trying to make it work until it totally harshes the whole experience for me. Throw it away, kathy, just throw it away....
