School days...

The first day of school. Early mornings. Quiet afternoons. Busy evenings. This first week can be exhausting, exciting and...overrated.

Jotting down a few notes and happy to have a schedule again.

Very very sweet. I've never seen a prettier notebook.
I am very glad not to be dealing with school stuff anymore. It's one good thing about getting older. ;-)

I don't have anyone starting school, but I remember the first day of school very well. I think keeping a journal is a great idea, I would love to start one, maybe now is a good time! Yours is adorable!!

Your notebook is so sweet...love the embroidery. When your kids are grown up and long gone, you kind of miss the start of the school year.

I've been thinking about your back-to-school routines as I was busy training our new faculty at our University. The girls are a few weeks out and I'm still in denial that summer is leaving us. I hope you have a restful weekend. Such a sweet notebook, Renee.

Renee, I am picturing you in your car waiting for your children to come out of school. I always looked forward to that time as time for myself. I hope you get lots of stitching done.
Thank you for the wonderful greeting card image, my very favorite type!
Beautiful, beautiful totes you have made! Your work is impeccable! Elizabeth

Oh, how I remember the calm after getting the boys off to school each year. I miss those days, but, have to admit that the peace and quiet are nice. Now, they are the parents with rambuncious children...My first grandchild headed to Kindergarten this past week.
I hope you have a great week, my sweet friend!
Blessings,
Carolynn xo
