Mending Monday...Aviary

Running very late again today. I will spare you my laundry list of duties and get right to the good stuff. I found a very large amount of birds grouped together in the Sears patterns. Small in size and perfect for bibs, tea towels, pillows or hankies.

Perhaps I am biased but this does remind me of my beloved Jayhawks, in a vintage version.

Something about the clothes on the little duck reminds me of Beatrix Potter. I just loved the movie, Miss Potter with Renee Zellweiger!

Such lovely birdie designs, I think I am in love. Does your collection include any transfer images of storks? I would love to find some really good stork images for birth and christening cards and gifts.
