It has been a while since I have pushed my cart through the baby aisles. I doubt I could find anything as cute as a few recent finds. Are lambs even trendy anymore in the nursery? It wouldn't stop me. I would happily trot into the paint store carrying my latest luggage just to color match it for the walls. Want to see?
My hunt for one of these nursery suitcases has been on for a while. To dress up the cream handle I will hang a vintage rattle. A place for vintage children's hankies.
A vintage nursery set I have loved from afar for over a year was found on sale! These are two of the four that came complete on a little wicker tray. Hand painted lambs frolic on them. I think pink and blue buttons will look perfect in them.
Miss Erica of Golden Egg Vintage sent this darling embroidery and feedsack for a special order.
I had more fun putting handles and trimming it out.
Placed a brand new label on it.
I made sure lots of Noel's toys could fit in it...I will be mailing it off tomorrow.

Oh my! Renee, once again you have my vintage heart in a flutter! I love those little lambies! And had I been smart enough when my babies were babies, I WOULD have covered their nursery with these little sweeties!
Love the wonderful bin you made for Erica--she will absolutely adore it!
As always, my friend--you inspire me.

I love those little lambs. I grew up with a lamb light next to my bed, and finding one just like it at a sale was thrilling! (I'll actually get it out one of these days!)

You're the best!

I have a particular fondness for vintage lambs- I'm in love with the first image from the little suitcase! So sweet!!
Pink and blue buttons for sure!
I wonder how many lambs I have in my craft room...
One of the things I love about your blog (and there are many!) is that I always see vintage items that I have not ever seen before. Those lamb containers are darling. Love the fabric basket you made. Have a wonderful day friend!
Lol! Was just thinking of the "toy organizer" I got for my last little boy...a lego fiend. I thought he would be able to sort his things to keep them organized. What world was I living in? His legos were all over the room and the organizers were a handy place for rocks, candy wrappers and old sandwiches. I do love nurseries, though. We can have them all cute and vintage-y...but then they get to be toddlers and it's all over! =D Can you tell I babysat a toddler yesterday?
Where did you get that darling lamb graphic? I need one!!
Renee the lambs are so sweet. I am in love. The bin you made for Erica is adorable.

I have that exact lamb suitcase you're wanting....only mine is definitely more beat up. Right now, it's currently holding old cards.
I'd be willing to trade for the doctor and nurse figurines!
